Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and Andrea Meyerson Productions will host LEZ FEST

The Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and Andrea Meyerson Productions (AMP) have announced the return of their hugely popular lesbian comedies, celebrating the first opportunity to reunite in over two years. These shows will feature five of today’s most hilarious lesbian comics and will take place over two evenings – Saturday April 2 and Sunday April 3. programs and services.

On Saturday, April 2, i??Lez Fest will present A NIGHT OF COMEDY AND MUSIC. From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. there will be a cocktail reception with a hostless bar in the courtyard. The show starts at 7 p.m. and will feature Jackie Loeb, Karinda Dobbins and Nina Goldin. At 8:45 p.m. there will be a buffet dinner under the stars. From 9 p.m. to midnight, a dance party hosted by DJ Tish will take place.

On Sunday April 3, Latin Lesbians will take the stage. The show begins at 4 p.m. and features Renee Santos, Gwen La Roka, Mimi Gonzalez, and Nina Goldin. At 5:30 p.m. there will be a VIP reception and a meeting with all the artists of the weekend.


Karinda Dobbins is a comedian, actor and writer who has performed at festivals and comedy clubs nationwide. She opened for Trevor Noah and recently released her comedy debut album, Black & Blue, available on streaming services.

Nina Goldin, a versatile keyboard groove player, is a dynamic pianist-singer-composer-composer with an endless passion for music. She has toured the world and performed with various artists, including Sandra Bernhard, Holly Near and Helen Reddy, and she was musical director for a show with Phoebe Snow, where she played piano and sang background vocals.

Mimi Gonzalez is a 20+ year veteran of the domestic comedy scenes and has performed internationally for our US troops. She founded and produced the open mic at Little Frida’s in the 90s and currently Go Girl! in Michigan. She recently launched and leads online and in-person “Write-Hear” writing workshops.

Gwen La Roka is a rising stand-up star who has performed in comedy clubs across the country. Having won HBO Max’s “Entre Nos” Latin comedy competition, she is Chicago’s first Latina with an upcoming HBO Comedy Special.

Jackie Loeb is a world famous comedian, actor, singer, musician, writer and sugar and carb addict. Jackie can be seen on many TV shows in the United States and Australia, where she is from.

Renee Santos gives you a bit of everything – funny voices, puns, musical comedy, delightful storytelling. His comedy special, Outside the Box, is on Amazon Prime.

General admission tickets for Saturday, April 2 are $45. They include the show, dinner, dancing and cocktail reception. VIP tickets are $65 and include everything general admission, plus preferential seating and a free drink ticket. General admission tickets for Sunday, April 3 are $35 and include the show only. Sunday VIP tickets are $45 and include the show, preferred seating, and hosted VIP reception. A general admission pass for the entire weekend is $75 and includes both nights.
